FAQ - Can't log in or experiencing problems with account activation.

Q. I can't log in or am experiencing trouble with activating my account.

A. Once you create an account you must activate it.  When you created an account an activation code was emailed to you.  If you do not complete the activation you will not be able to login.  Activiation codes are only valid for 12 hours so if you have not completed the activation within 12 hours you will need to request another activation code by clicking here.
