Lentils and Onions

I small bag of brown lentils, cooked till tender, 30+ minutes . Don't overcook.
4 large onions (more is better)  cut into rings and sauted until brown, cooked with 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
2 T (more if needed, to taste)  "chicken" seasoning
other seasonings to taste, like Mrs. Dash

After the lentils are done, drain if needed, add all seasonings.  Put in casserole dish and cover with the cooked onions/garlic.
Bake for a while (10-15 minutes at most) if desired. (optional)

Another option is to mix the onions throughout the lentils and don't bake.
