Q. How do I clean my DVD or CD?

A. To insure your media lasts please observe these handling and care tips.

• Only handle discs by their outer edge.
• Never touch the non-labeled side of the disc or set it down on a hard surface.
• Store the disc in the protective case it came with.
• If the disc needs to be cleaned, use a clean, lint-free cloth and use a wiping motion from the center toward the outside edge of the disc. Do not use abrasives or solvents to clean. Only use CD/DVD cleaning solutions as a last resort, as they can damage the disc.
• Store at temperatures between 23-86 degrees (F.)
• Do not expose to direct sunlight or leave in a hot or humid location, as this could warp or damage the disc.
• Do not allow moisture to condense on the disc or come in contact with it.
